ABOUT

Ben joined Miami Mock Trial his freshman year at Miami. Ben competed across the nation on Miami's B-Team his sophomore year and A-Team his junior and senior years.

Ben's teams qualified to ORCS every year and Ben competed at the National Championship Tournament his sophomore through senior years. Ben’s National teams returned to Oxford with 7th, 3rd, and 2nd places in the division for his sophomore, junior, and senior years, respectively. Ben has competed both as an attorney and a witness on the National stage—earning one rank from All-American status each time.

Ben attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. At law school, Ben competed on both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Teams, competed at the Texas Young Lawyer's Association's National Championship, and served as the Trial Team President. Ben also was fortunate to extern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio focusing on the prosecution of white collar criminal matters.

Currently, Ben is an attorney in Thompson Hine's Cincinnati office and is a member of the business litigation team. Ben represents clients in litigation in areas of the law ranging from contract disputes, intellectual property protection, products liability and wrongful death, and white collar criminal defense.
